Sumitta is the Principal Consultant. He is a business improvement specialist and his work includes development and execution of business strategy, financial modelling, business planning, enterprise architecture, corporate capability building, business and requirements analysis, ERP strategy, evaluation and implementation of ERP systems, change management, Balanced Scorecard, business analytics and project/program management.
- Strategic analysis and leading of business planning process - facilitating management teams in evaluating current activity, benchmarking, setting goals, defining value proposition and developing strategies.
- Execution of strategy - translating strategies into operating plans, linking strategy to operations through KPIs, development and implementation of business and operating plans and performance management focusing on outcomes.
- Business performance review including the checking of organisations' alignment with strategy - analysis of financial and non-financial data, business analytics, and development and deployment of questionnaires to assess stakeholder alignment.
- Business improvement through strategic problem-solving and development and implementation of practical solutions in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Business transformation - establishing transformation goals, Business Model innovation, choosing Operating Model, applying Lean approach, business process reengineering, technology strategy, ERP system implementation and change management.
- Project and program management - from business case to benefits realisation.
- Strategic planning and development and implementation of business and operating plans.
- Business performance analysis and improvement, including performance monitoring via an array of metrics, review of performance and alignment against objectives using KPIs and development of strategies for continuous improvement.
- Identifying future needs and researching and developing responses to emerging needs, including capital planning, process re-design and staff development.
- Project managing the planning, development, installation, commissioning and optimisation of a range of operating assets, business systems and processes.
- Liaising with and leading multi-disciplinary teams to achieve profitable outcomes including new product development, customer service (including support of major retailers in the supermarket sector), performance reporting, sales analysis and procurement.
- Adaptation of business systems to legislative, regulatory and international trade related requirements as new laws are introduced or new business opportunities are explored.
Sumitta has over 30 years of experience in the financial, commercial, operational, project and general management in Australia and South East Asia. He held senior management positions within Fuji Xerox Australia and Canon Australia from 1992 to 2009. He left the corporate world in 2009 and started building this consulting practice focusing on delivering business improvement consulting and project management services.

Sumitta has the command and deep understanding of specific business technologies and processes through which companies produce and deliver their products and services to the market. He uses proven analytical tools and methodologies to help his clients gain quick productivity improvements through better alignment and solving of mission critical business problems. His passion is to help businesses increase their revenue and profitability through the development and execution of business strategy focusing on continuous improvement of organisational capabilities.
Sumitta is also a PRINCE2 accredited project management practitioner with extensive experience in managing end-to-end business and IT system projects using PMBOK and PRINCE2 methodologies.

Ed is a Management Consultant with extensive experience in the Australian food industry. He has been a visionary and driven business manager throughout his career. His work includes business strategy, business planning; evaluation, design, development and commissioning of business operating systems (including plant and equipment); business improvement; and integrating corporate and regulatory requirements within enterprise architecture.
Ed has over 30 years of successful operations and general management experience in Australia, particularly in the Food Industry, including food manufacturing, quality, regulatory affairs, logistics, procurement and management reporting. Since leaving corporate life in 2010, Ed has been consulting for organisations on food manufacturing and product development.

Ed brings a deep understanding of how large and small businesses function and how to apply the appropriate tools to solve existing problems and/or identify opportunities for improvement. He has a passion for solving problems including the development and implementation of targeted programmes that improve operational performance and profitability.
